• Reservations made  through the Sanctuary owner are guaranteed with a deposit of one night or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater. Payment must be made by personal or bank check or credit/debit card or bank account via PayPal/Venmo within 2 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival by cash. Full payment is also accepted via bank account or credit/debit card on PayPal/Venmo or by check.                                                                                
  • Cancellation Policy:  Deposits are refundable if a cancellation is 30 days or more before the arrival date. If the cancellation is within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit is refundable if the reserved dates are re-booked. If cancellation is 10 days or less from booked dates, the full amount of the reservation is charged minus the cleaning fee unless the dates are re-booked.  Consider travel insurance so you are covered if your trip needs to be canceled or changed for some reason.   • Check in time is 4 -6 p.m. unless otherwise arranged with the Sanctuary owner.​                     
  • Check out time is 11 a.m. unless otherwise arranged with the Sanctuary owner.


  • Due to insurance restrictions and high fire danger, no smoking of any kind, including marijuana, no candle or incense burning and no hot plates or grills are allowed in the Sanctuary or on the Sanctuary's property.  


  • No pets are allowed at the Sanctuary or on the Sanctuary's property due to other guest's possible allergies.                                                                                                                                
  • Housekeeping services and meals are not provided during the course of a guest's stay at the Sanctuary unless otherwise arranged. Luxury linens and towels, shampoos, conditioner and soaps as well as complimentary coffees, teas and bottled water are provided.                                                                          
  • Guests are responsible for damages and additional cleaning fees if the above policies are not adhered to. Cancellation of the reservation without refund is also possible if the above policies are not followed.


  • A rental agreement outlining these policies along with liabilities must be signed by guests upon arrival.​​
