Ann's Sanctuary of the Rose is a private guesthouse located in Cascade, Colorado, near the base of Pikes Peak in the beautiful  Rocky Mountains near Colorado Springs. 

Built in 1929 and sharing nearly an acre of land with the main house, it is nestled among Ponderosa pines that are home to deer, hummingbirds, fox and the occasional black bear.  

Current owners Ann and Chuck Benson purchased the property in 2007 after Ann had a  dream of an adobe guesthouse that welcomed weary travelers and people in need of healing and restoration. The Sanctuary of the Rose officially opened its doors a year later.

Perfect for private individual retreats and couple retreats, the Sanctuary caters to persons needing a relaxed space for spiritual or physical renewal, an enclave for a writer's or artist's retreat,  or a home base for a Rocky Mountain vacation that is within minutes of area attractions. 
 
Beautifully decorated in southwestern decor, with original vigas and a corner kiva fireplace, the Sanctuary of the Rose is more than your average retreat house. It is a beautiful and luxurious haven of refreshment for anyone who enters.
